Chest tightness can Cardarine help?

I'm in relatively good shape, but on occasion (after lifting and/or running) I am a little tight in the chest and occasionally (rarely) have a heart flutter that is a 1 sec sharp pain in my upper left shoulder. Has anyone else had this?

Also, wanted to just get a general idea on overall heart health. Thanks.

that is called a heart palpitation and it can be triggered by exercising.

i don't recall having one, maybe when i was younger and competed and was going overboard. they are generally harmless but you might want to train smarter and less harder

I don't think cardarine will be of any benefit here.
