Cheap creatine

i was looking at some creatine products yestarday in the SuperMarket( yes , i said supermarket ).. i seen creatine supps by
twinlabs and weilder(sp?) anyway i was wondering..

are these products any good? most of them seem to be under $25

o, and is the creatine in pill form any good they seem to run for about $15 or so..

I don't trust Weider w/ anything. Not even creatine. I think creapure is one of the best i get mine for under $25 too at dpsnutrion.com

Creatine pills are nothing more than creatine powder in gelcaps. They will cost much more than the powder.

Creatine in capsules aren't as good because its harder for your stomach to dissolve them when they are not in liquid

All the creatine (quality creatine anyway) comes from the same source,germany.
Prolab,twinlab,cytodyne,muscletech,weider etc etc all get their creatine from "creapure" in germany.
Look for "creapure" on any creatine product.
That means it is high quality creatine.
