    Is it helpful?
    If it's gonna help you the help is probably not going to be very significant.

    What this basically means is you can't just rely on supplements or drugs or whatever. The diet and the training part is what's going to yield you 95% of the results and supplements are just the final touch.

    So, my suggestion is: Focus on big things.
