From what I understand Sweettarts and/or Smarties are excellent choices for postworkout purposes. Sweettarts main ingredients are dextrose and maltodextrin and Smarties main ingredient is dextrose.

What do you all think about this? It seems VERY intelligent considering many people are spending a lot of money ordering sugar off the net.

Just make sure you aren't getting any high fructose corn syrup, or very little. It sounds like you're seeking the secret of "post workout nutrition", sorta like Thulsa Doom sought steel, with all of the dextrose posts.:D

Well I am starting to realize the importance of postworkout nutrition and from what I understand dextrose & maltodextrin are #1.

I dont think there is bro..

Purely dextrose + maltodextrin.. what could the catch be? Its like Cell-Tech sugars more or less.

I assume you know you also need protein, which mixes more easily with sugar and water than it does with candy.
