No. Certainly not the kind that naturally occurs in food. Or you'd be dead. The kind that comes in pill form - maybe

a lot of people are allergic to citrus fruits.. it is the vitamin C (absorbic acid).. if they consume them their face gets flush and their sinuses erupt. it is a real thing bro

That's one form. If, for example, they got it from other than fruit they'd be fine. Otherwise they'd end up with a deficiency like scurvy.

Livestrong says I'm correct (as are you):
Ascorbic acid and vitamin C are similar in chemical composition and are therefore classified by the FDA as the same substance. Ascorbic acid does contain very similar components but lacks some other nutrients found in naturally occurring vitamin C found in foods. If you are allergic to ascorbic acid and vitamin C, you will only experience an allergic reaction when you take supplements. Vitamin C in its natural state will not cause an allergic reaction. Because most supplements are synthetic, your immune system may not recognize the substance and attack it, causing an allergic reaction.

In other words don't use Ascorbic acid or acidic fruits (as Stevesmi says) but other sources as I said.

When you have an allergy, you are allergic to the protein in that food. Not the food itself.

It's physically impossible to be allergic to vitamins/minerals. All vitamins and minerals are required by all humans. If someone actually was allergic to a vitamin or mineral, they would be dead
