Anyone had this done? I'm thinking of something with 10 carbs or less, yet with a whey/cassien blend, maybe some egg in there too. Are they able to do this without adding a lot of carbs to say 45 gram protein portion?
i wouldn't think so maybe you can try. the whole reason for those carbs i s to regenerate the broken down enzymes and muscles from the workout they are already low in carb s compared to a weight gain drink
