do you guys think the less calories in protein powder is better, should you look for low protein with low calories in the
ingredients section, specially when you are getting cut?

Yes. Less IS more. Protein is 4 cals a gram. I'd expect a little under 400 per 100g

And if what Steve said about that product is right I'd fkin bin it.
 
You want a pure whey isolate. They can deceive you though by using different serving sizes on the label. I prefer to stick to products that have the least amount of ingredients in them.
 
A good quality protein shake will only have around 120 calories and 1-2g of carbs and fat per serving. Any more then that and the product contains fillers
