calcium d-glucarate vs calcium

Have been pitched to buy calcium d-glucarate insteadof normal calcium. Is there any significant difference between thetwo to explain the difference in price? If there is a difference, isit worth the difference in price?

It is a combination of glucaric acid with calcium, and it is very good for one's health. In reality you can get it fromfoods, so with a proper diet there is no need to be supplementingwith it. However, if you want still to supplement with it, better usea more universal supplement that will have both the calciumd-glucarate, and other stuff in it. It does not make much sense touse lots of supplements when you can get it all in one. I like forthat purpose the N2Guard.

It's a very absorbable form of calcium.

You get what you pay for when it comes to vitamin/mineral supplements.

Always look for amino acid chelated minerals. Mineral oxides have about a 2% absorption rate. They are basically just a waste of money.
