I have taken caffine and ephedrine pills since high school and i have never had any promblems other than feeling lazy after i have tried to quit taking them.

I have to shit too, whenever I take ECA stack I have to wait to shit before I can leave for the gym (especially before squats). I stimulants in general make people shit; cigarettes, X, etc
