Bring the legs back

[FONT=&quot]I am just beginning to build strength back into my legs. I can no longer lift as much as I used to but I know the muscle is still there. Is there anything out there that helps bring unused muscle groups back to their former glory? Is this a job for glutamine or is it more of a "back to square one" situation? There have been times when I have stopped benching for a while and it dropped a good 45 plate or so but I brought it back to 295 again within around 5 weeks.[/FONT]
 
Plenty of food is the best supplement for this, and just keep trying.
 
I won't say it's back to square one... but it can be tough at first! All it needs is to remember its strength capacity before. Before you know it, it's back to its best state!
