Biotest AndroSol or AndroSpray by Ergopharm

I plan on getting biotest androsol or androspray to help me put on some mass maybe 4lbs while i am dieting to loose fat

what should i stack it with??

Biotest Tribex ,Glutamine,Creatine ??? do i need chysin so i wont get gyno or something??

also when i read people said they take 70sprays ,70 sprays in the morning and and nite?

so i would spray 70x times in the morning on my chest or like

35sprays chest and 35sprays on arms??


and what kind of diet should i be on,since i am leaning and plan on using biotest androsol?

so far i been getting about 200protein a day and about 100carbs a day,sould i increase protein and make carbs 150 plz help
