Excerpt: Hey everyone! I just bought Allmax Nutrition's Beta-Alanine to try it and see how it works but I'm a bit confused. On the sticker it says to take one teaspoon (2 times daily) but the guy at my store said to only take one teaspoon 30 minutes prior to my workout. What should I do, take it 2 times, or only as a pre-workout. Also, how much time should it take before I see some results?

    Hey everyone!

    Also, how much time should it take before I see some results?




    1 teaspoon = 3.2g of Beta-Alanice

    Just take it preworkout, and don't use it before every workout in my opinion. You will feel it working in about 15 to 20 minutes. I usually use closer to 5g (my bottle recommends around 3g)

    The effective dose is 3g.

    Yeah 3G pre workout will be your best bet mate.

    it is just another amino acid man. it won't do a thing for you trust me.

    you would get far better results using n2generate 1-2 hours pre workout
