What is the latest information on beta alanine, i saw some good articles on it and a couple dudes online put out videos Saying how they were able to recover and put on some muscle because of it. I also read that it can cause some side effects like shakes or something. Anyone with experience let me know

amino acids are a complete waste of money if you live in europe or north america because we ALREADY get TOO MUCH amino acids in the first place witho ur diets. what we are lacking is fruits, veggies, and fiber in our diets. here is the thing supp companies won't tell you but i will, if you get too many amino acids in your diet you actually will HURT your gains!!! so they do more harm than good

if you live in a very poor country and are not getting enough protein and live off meager diet i can see where they are useful

I like Beta alanine but only when it's part of a full BCAA stack
though I am not a fan of amino acids they can help in training for sure
