WOW, you are following 'during workout' nutrition as well.

Cool, thanks hun, I may be upping my supps again soon, especially as I start doing all the cardio.

if you're cutting, leave out the waxy maize starch obviously , along with the rALA-- post workout is OK tho for me even when cutting (altho I've never had to cut to the extent you must for a show)

This is very similar to what I drink before, during, and after. I don't mix whey with my WMS though. I drink the whey 20-30 minutes after the WMS/BCAA/Leucine/Beta Alanine/Creatine mix.
