Use shaker and wash after, no other options

I'm having a hard time mixing my protein powder because it won't mix well.

I had a talk with my friend and he said I should get a shaker cup. So I started using that but after a few days it would really smell bad and it being possible to get it cleaned out. How do you guys manage to do it without getting frustrated

Use a good quality cup that is easily washable.....

Shaker cups work fine, you just have to clean them right after using. Or just ditch the shakes and go to real food.
