Best supplements for hemorrhoids

hey guys these hemorrhoids are squeezing the life out of me if you know what I mean. I've been doing heavy deadlifts and there's a lot of straining involved along with squatting. I've already tried using stuff from the pharmacy creams and such which do not help. Is there a supplement that works for this

the best thing for hemmoroids is REST and fasting. fasting for 3+ days will absolutely cure them because you will shut down your bowel movements. i had a really bad bout of them and fasted for a week and have not had them since. competely gone
