Best sources for cheap Whey Protein in Bulk

I remember like a year and a half ago there was a thread about where to get the absolute cheapest whey protain concentrate. It was even cheaper than Supplement Direct's 33# bags. It was some dairy that would ship you like a 20 kilo bag of the stuff.

My rommate and I are going in on some whey together and I want to find this dairy or any dairy that does this.
