Best protein foods

What would be the most recommend foods to have with you on the go at all times? I see the bars, cookies gels etc. just want something thats wont have sugar in it and will give me gainz.
 
The same foods you have when on the stop. Cookies?
 
ridiculous. a weight lifter does not need to forcefeed themselves sugar all day.

you aren't a marathon runner and it is absurd that weight lifters think they are somehow starving their muscles of glycogen if they don't pump thesmelves with sugar

if you want to get leaner and build solid muscle you should not snack with cookies, gels, or protein bars. you are only hurting yourself
 
Do you have a cooler box?

If not then...

- Protein drinks/shakes

- Boiled eggs

- Nuts

- Umm what you call these beef slices you can put on a bread? Cold cuts? :D
