You can get them for $2 each when you buy a case. That is not too bad. I pay $2.25 for my ABB Extreme XXL after workout drinks. You can find this stuff pretty cheap if you know where to go. Just like AAS.

Oatmeal and banana is great. Gives you much needed potassium and complex carbs. Add some protein in there too. And as with the entire supp industry, most pre-workout drinks are all the same. Some stims to give you energy, and sometimes nitric oxide stimulators. I will have to say that I've tried everything listed here and RED Blast is the best IMO.

I am just curious, if SP250 did not make you blow ass would you consider it the best?

LOL...blow ass. I usually use that term to describe a bad day at work. No I wouldnt consider it the best if it didnt give me GI side effects. RED Blast is in a different league as far as I'm concerned. I'm using it now on very minimal AAS and it's well worth it.
 
Redline is crazy...and so is that lquid coacanie shit it ried it with a buddy....i wanna give RED BLAST a try though shortly
 
currently for me is 50mg var. Then one scoop of vitargo mix with one scoop Dymatize Xpand. Then training session, holy sh*t, I'm flyn weights. And them veins look wicked.. :)

you dont by any chance work for the af store do you? you seem to 'big up' every single product they sell. is there anything from the af store that you dont like???

Superpump 250 does it for me.

Has anyone tried Viagra as a pre-workout stimulant as it's basically Nitric Oxide?
