Whats the best muscle building supplement that you dont have to load on? I dont like creatine powder due to the loading and the fact that it always makes me gain fat. anyone have any other suggestions?
the best muscle builder is food....eat a lot of it, and if you gain fat easily, take in a lot more clean stuff...just eat a lot and eat often and you'll see gains.
Well I already have a lot of protein in my diet naturally cuz i eat a lot of meat and eggs. But I need to balance it out with some carbs and supplements, i had a friend tell me today what to use though, im gonna try his idea out.
