Best LEGAL Supp for STRENGTH Gains?

I am a competitive powerlifter and was wondering what everyone's opinions were on the best supp for strength gains?

creatine has never done much for me in strength. What has is 4-AD and 19Norandrodiol. And strength always goes up when you eat enough calories at least w/ me.
