BEST ginseng?

could anyone give me some feedback or thoughts regarding the best ginseng they have used.

currently i take a liquid vial of panax ginseng but it does not seem to be as effective as it once was..

I always used Red Kooga and felt good on it. I also used to buy it for my mother who had bad shoulder arthritis and it did wonders for her.

I dont recommend the Red Koogar... it makes me aggressive, but the Panax @ 2000-4000mg a day worked for me... got it at Chineese medicine store.
