Best fiber sources in supplements

What is your favorite source of fiber for dailyintake? I really like to use brans mixed with unsweetened greekyogurt – this is one nice filling breakfast and gives me my fiber.What other sources of fiber are good?
 
a lot of people eat this for breakfast.

as long as your yogurt is high quality and low in calories/fat it is OKAY.. not the best breakfast IMO

be careful using granola with it though..

for fiber why not add a teaspoon of psyllium husk
 
Psyllium husk is the best supplement if you are looking for fiber - period. It is cheap, and does not taste bad, so it is a win-win supplement to take. 5-10 grams per day will suffice to get all the fiber you need.
 
Psyllium husk and seeds.

Seeds are truly super foods. Chia seeds, flax seeds and hemp seeds are full of protein, fibre and essential fatty acids. Go to Costco and buy yourself a big bag of each one. Sprinkle them on top of your salads, oatmeal, rice etc.
