I am seeing supplements that boast about the benefits of bone broth. There are powdered products which you mix into liquids to drink and then there are bone broth containers which you can buy now which contain already made bone broth. Which options are more economic and also healthy for me to get my collagen levels higher

if you want bone broth you need to make it AT HOME on your own properly. very easy to make it with a crock pot
