Liver extract is used for improving liver function according to medical studies it works good, I was wondering if it's better than milk thistle while taking roids

Milk Thistle every time. I've no idea about liver extract except it'll be rich in B vitamins. It was used, more as a boost, years ago. But over time Milk Thistle came to the fore and stayed there. There will be drugs which work better but Milk Thistle is pretty damned good for a herb and reasonably priced too.
