BCAA’s to replenish

I had a question about using branched chain amino acids.
what do you think is the best strategy if I want to use them to help me replenish and recover from a workout.

should I be using them before my training, during, or post workout?

also when I get up at night do you think it would be smart to take a dose as well so I can get some things happening while I'm sleeping

I would take BCAAs during training and before thats best timing
