BCAA caps as good as powder?

I'm going to start supplementing with BCAAs and I'm wondering if the caps are considered as good as the powder. I know that that glutamine and creatine caps or tablets are considered inferior to their powdered form so I'm curious if the same is true for BCAAs. I ask mainly because almost all of the BCAA supplement options I see in my local store are caps.

Capsulated BCAA products are perfectly fine to use. In fact, they are arguably better because a lot of the flavoured BCAA products contain a lot of sugar fillers and artificial flavours.

This is especially important if you are taking the BCAA prior to cardio because the sugar will blunt the fat loss response that you would of gotten from the cardio other wise. I personally use the capsulated BCAA product gear from n2bm.com.

They're fine But why take BCAA when you can take GEAR with super plasma serum. it's a thousand times better.
