You're forgetting that they're Lean Lipids™!!!....

In all honesty, Muscle Milk tastes absolutely great, and yes, it is pretty high in fat. That's where most of the calories come from.

For me, who has trouble downing enough calories in the first place, it's a godsend. Though I'd imagine if you were trying to cut, it wouldn't be your first choice. Hence the nutrition label..

im using it in a cutting stack, and it works great, the fats are "good" fats, not shitty ones, and who cares it tastes so damn good, i can go a whole day and drink nothing but these!!!
