actually if it is running right through you are making you sick to your stomach it is likely that most of the Creatine settled to the bottom (you are getting more creatine per dose)... those are the side effects of too much creatine per dose.
you are better off making you own formula
75 grams of dextrose (any beer brewing store will have this CHEAP)
kool aid packets for flavor
5-10g of creatine-- lean towards five unless very heavy
put into a baggie and mix in your water bottle after workout
plus take
200-600mg of alpha lipoc acid (caps- just take with)
