Will arginine work and get absorbed if it is mixedwith Creatine? I have here on my hands a creatine that has arginine,and I am trying to figure out if it is just marketing, or there issome real benefit from such a combo.

If you can get this creatine with arginine without paying any additional money for that - go ahead. But if this creatine product is more expensive, then don't bother, and just get some pure creatine, as arginine's effects are barely perceptible.
Arginine is just an amino acid. If you are following a high protein diet, you will be getting plenty through your food.
Arginine will not effect the way creatine is absorbed or anything like that but I doubt you will notice anything from using an arginine supplement. I personally would save yourself some money and just get a bulk creatine monohydrate powder or a capsulated creatine supplement like ancient strength from n2bm.com

It will make no difference to take them together or separate. They will both absorb just fine.
