Anyone used Speman?

Has anyone here heard of such a supplement calledSpeman by Himalayan brand? Supposed to improve natural testosteroneand sperm count. Do you know if it works? Does not cost much, like 15bucks, but yet again – why spend those if it won't work? Anyinsight much appreciated

it has less then 300mg of active ingredient per pill. What the heck is that going to do. It would be like taking a teaspoon of protein powder after your workout.

Look for a natural testosterone booster that contains 500-1000mg dosages of multiple herbal extracts.

I will put it more mildly - it can help with sperm quality, but the effect will be minimal, and my bet is that it will be barely noticeable. Therefore, better look for a different supplement with a more complete profile, such as N2Generate - it has a very long list of ingredients, and they come in high dosages. Not only will this get reflected in sperm tests, but you will also notice that as well.
