OP, Beast is the TITS. Big Gains and you get them quick, the sides can be hard though. Drink lots of water and load up n those Carbs bro and get ready to be noticed. @ Chris you can easily put on 10-15 lbs of muscle if not more. I kept about 10 lbs after PCT last time I used it. Then I hurt my back and was forced to quit lifting for like 3 months.
