i took about four of these suckers before i worked out and i had some intense energy! i was lifting heavier then normal, and it also made me sweat like a madman, but i noticed it sheds water like no fuckin ever, the only bad part about this is that it decreases appetite, this shit is basically the same is ridilin

I tore a hamstring using adderal. You definately have to be careful to stay hydrated. It also raised my pain tolerance a bit too much, and I pushed myself to injury several times in the gym.
