Iv'e picked up so many differant opinions whilst reading this board it's almost confusing. Im currently on a high protein diet but not to high calories.
The problem is I can't eat meals during the day so I miss out out 3 high cal meals, instead I just drink a protein shake, it's low calorie though.
Do i need to exchange it for a weight gainer shake(N-Large 2) or is simlpy lots of protein enough. I have seen reasonable gains so far but Id hate to think im not maximising my training.
