i like Alpha Lipoic Acid the best, it has too many benefits. When i start feeling like i'm catching a cold i take CoQ10 and it clears it right up. Other than that i stick to the vitamins and a little extra E, but stopped taking more than a gram of C because i've read too many articles linking Vit.C to cysts and cancer.
