yes, you should take antioxydants

These nutrients, including Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Vitamin A as Beta-Carotene , selenium , poluphenols (as in red wine),..... present themselves to the free radicals and react with them so that the constituents of your cells are shielded or protected.
 
ALA is both water and fat soluble antioxidant, i think NAC is also pretty potent antioxidant, Grape seed extract and billberry are also pretty good. After a workout you have lots of free radicals running around, which is very counterproductive. The rest Anthrax already mentioned.
