anti-estrogen supplements

Are there any anti-estrogen supplements out there?

I took alot of DHEA and Ando a few years back. I'm only 26. I don't think I have bitch tits, but a few people tease me about having man boobs. Honestly I only get teased when I stop working out and get some excess body fat.

I was probably pretty stupid for taking crap which I didn't really know anything about. Any help?

Well if it's fat then I don't think you have to take the road of taking an anti-estrogen. Bitch tits is when the gland behind your nipple developed and you can feel it as a harder piece of tissue.

An anti estrogen that is still sold as a supplement is called ATD. You can find it in products like Designer Supplements' Rebound.

But as I said, if it's just fat, don't go taking anti estrogens...dieting is a better option.

Nope....I just have a high body fat % at certain times....LOL

No hard pieces....I didn't really ever hear of gyno until I started hanging out on this website....you guys were starting to worry me.
