why does NANDROSOL cost more than ANDROSOL made by bioetest?

19-nor (in nandrosol) is more expensive to make than 4AD (in androsol)--so it is more money.

Biotest no longer makes nandrosol (it's not on their site anymore).
Some sites might have stock lying around.

You can also get Nor-Andro Spray or Nor-A Derm (different brands). They all have the same active (prohormone--19-nor) ingredients just different penetration enhancers.

The other major prohormone player is 1-AD (1-androstene-3b, 17b diol) it converts to 1-Testosterone. It is new and as far as I know there is an oral and topical version available. It's more expensive but probably even better.
