Amino Acid caps

i don't have a particularly high protein diet
so i am gonna take 3 amino acid caps every 3 hrs.
does anyone else use amino acid caps??
did it work for you??
any advice would be helpful.
 
here is my use for caps. i would use branch chain aminos before and after training only to combat the effects of catabolism. they are readily used as an energy source and will spare the muscle you have.

any other time of the day it would be cheaper and easier to take in either whole foods or protein powder.

amino caps dont supply you with a high amount of protein, not enough to satisfy your daily needs. you need to implement some whole foods and possibly a powder to meet your protein needs and not rely on the caps.

you should be taking in 1.2-1.8 g/kg of protein when training hard for growth. i dont think you could swallow that many capsules in a day.

much easier to go the powder or food route. trust me. hehe.
