Allergic to Whey Protein -- is Egg or Soy protein better for post-workout?

I am fatally allergic to all milk protein, and was wondering if, in terms of post-workout nutrition, soy or egg protein is the better choice.

I am a seventeen year old male, 5'7, 128 pound, and after lifting I currently drink the following shake:

one banana; 100 cals, 25 g carb
one cup orange juice; 120 cal,27 g carb
powdered egg whites; 72 cal, 0 carb, 18 g protein, 0 fat
TOTAL: 300 cal, 52 g carb, 18 g protein.

Would a soy protein isolate be a better post-workout choice? Is soy protein absorbed faster than egg protein? does it matter? Thanks.
