I tried making my own off a YouTube vid they were ok but didn't keep very long started to go sticky after a day..
I think the ones needto has that you bake at home look delicious, saying that I'm that hungry with this diet that even tripe would be appealing lmfao !!

Heres wat i do,everything is measured same size except the honey which is quarter,so i get a jug an take 1 jug of oats(add freeze dried fruit as required,i use strawberrys) 1 jug if whey protein,mix in bowl an set aside,then 1 jug if natty peanut butter an quarter jug honey an microwave til runny then mix the lot an into trays then fridge

Or use a mug depending how many u want but i uses strawberry whey an the bars are lovely
