yes it is true, same with grapefruit juice.
but don't over think things, it isn't going to make that much of a difference

Use pepper if you like the taste but not for other reasons. It doesn't work like that. Some supplements contain peperine for increased absorption already. If steroids are injected, they will be absorbed.
