Never been an issue for me
Make sure your test boosters from reputable sources, wash effected areas day and night, drink more water, apply antiseptic cream
salt bath will help you......
That is tough man because it is definitely a genetic thing for you. Unfortunately that running anything hormonal will cause it to get worse. I have heard guys get decent results tanning and keeping the affected areas dry.
