Absolute best multi-vitamin!

I keep reading about Ruthless 3D and how awesome it is. But I read in a few others places that Ruthless 3D is the best bang for buck. Not necessarily the best.

So what do you guys think the best multi is?

I'm 5'7" 165lbs and decently lean. Am doing more of a maintaining diet than cutting or bulking. Trying to shed as much fat as possible before shooting for a consistant 170-172lbs weight.

I love Animal Pak.

I did Animal Pak for years, but I was sick of the 12-13 pills, so I switched to Ruthless 3D and bought a 6 month supply for cheap. Good profile, but not as complete as animal pak. I'm currently using Optimum Nutrition's Opti-men. I actually like Orange Triad the best, but it's kind of pricey.

SImply compare it to anything else. Besides, Animal Pak is a lot of big pills and they're tablets which don't break down well. DX7 is caps. And it has ingredients found in no other multi.
