I would like to give this a try. I'm currently using Arnold Iron Pump. I'm 30 years old. 6'2", 184 lbs. I've been trying out different things lately. I was run over by a truck when I was 3 years old. I keep up with my workout routine because if I don't I pay for it. I used to play a lot of sports in high school, but it caught up with me pretty quick. Now I've just been looking into various supplements. I've been working out regularly for the last 4 years. And I'm looking to take my workout to the next level.
