I am up 6 lbs (at least 2 lbs fat), i am feeling stronger and have had better pumps
My sides include:
INSOMNIA
stomach aches (only recently)
mild bachne (probably from the topical, but who knows)
and on occasion, when i don't drink my full gallon of water, it burns when i pee
All in all i am happy with the results thus far. Now, will i keep them when i get off? Who knows?
All i know is i gained the weight that i seet out to gain... and i think the 1-ad helped.
So, my opinion on 1-ad is, if you take it with smart training/dieting/sleeping, it could be a very helpful supplement.
