Hey guys. I was once around 325 pounds. I lost about 62 pounds and am now at 263 or so. I would like to lost a lot more fat. Can I take creatine and gain muscle and lost fat? I heard you gain weight on creatine, but are you gaining water weight and losing fat or what? If not, please give me some suggestions on what to take to lose FAT (doesnt have to be scale weight, but FAT) and gain muscle. Thanks guys.
