I'd just stick with a straight old whey powder when cutting (throw in some p/b or flax oil) - and maybe a whey/casein mix before bed (or when you have to go longer stretches without eating...)
I once bought myolplex low carb MRP powder - but then I realized it has 520mg of sodium per serving!! Not good for cutting....even w/ the low carbs....gotta watch everything!! What's the sodium like in the myoplex light??
