Not really since its geared for Preworkout
the common question we do get is:

"Do I take creatine or cee on off days?"

I say that I dont personally and am doing more than good
but it could not hurt either.

There also seems to be a remarkable fat buring properties of Amplify02
no doubt do to added workout intensity, but also very much because of the potent synergy of the ingredients in Amplify02
