Hey, it really just depends on how many days you workout is how long it lasts right? What is the recommended dose? I weigh about 205....

Another quick question... Say you take it for a month or 2 to reach a certain goal, then you stop taking it, but are still working out, Will your results fade away?

Results will not fade away so long as your body is built for that level of intensity and / or size.

Even at FULL dose Amplify02 will last 1 month at 5 times a week

most only use 3/4ths of a dose thus Amplify02 may last up to 6 weeks

Start with the First timer dose on the label then work you way up till you reach the desired Level
